@dafantasyfather

Hello all and welcome to week 11 of the NFL! If you started Cousins, Cooks, Bryant, Adams, Reed and Barnridge you are welcome! I entered the millionaire maker and made $30.00! I doubled up in the mega 50/50 so it was a $80 week in total!

Pick your team and keep it under $50,000 and enter it into weekly contests to earn real money! I will be writing this column weekly with my suggestions for DraftKings lineups and cash game strategies. I will cover three options at each position who I think will break out and not have a high owner  percentage which means you have a better chance to win!

QB:

Cam Newton Vs. Was. $6900

Normally I don’t spend alot on QB’s as part of my strategy but Cam is worth every penny this week. He’s at home against a Redskins defense that just isn’t that good. Cam should be able to score a couple of times through the air and once from the ground. He is a lethal combo of yards from scrimmage and he will rack it up this week in a big way. Cam still doesn’t get a ton of respect in DK’s so I think his ownership percentage will be small. Take advantage!

Tyrod Taylor @NE. $5200

Taylor is back and ready to face New England’s D on Monday night. I like Taylor for two reasons. One, he doesn’t turn the ball over. Two, I feel he could have a big rushing game against the Pats. Their D line will collapse the pocket and that’s when Taylor is most dangerous. He can take off running or complete a deep ball with ease. Great price this week for a high ceiling play in what could be shootout.

Alex Smith @SD $5000

For the record, I am not an Alex Smith fan but at just $5000 against the Chargers defense I’m at least interested at that price. Another QB who isn’t turnover prone and can put up a sneaky 300 yard passing and 50 yards rushing with two TDs type of game. I fully expect that this week. Save money here and spend like crazy everywhere else if you have to!

Running Back:

Darren Mcfadden @Mia.$5000

Two weeks in a row for Run DMC! I think the return of Romo does nothing but help McFadden’s value. He’s the lone guy getting touches and he won’t be seeing stacked boxes anymore. Miami’s run D is suspect at Best so look for 100 yards and a score this week.

Charcandrick West @SD $4500

The Shark will most likely have the highest ownership percentage of anyone you see in this article this week but I’m still all in. He faces the worst run defense in the league and like McFadden he is getting all the touches in the backfield. He can also pass catch at a high level and Smith loves to check down to his backs. It’s a recipe for success and I see West as a RB1 play this week. That $4500 is too sweet to pass up on.

Jonathan Stewart VS. Was. $4400

Here is another guy who is getting the majority of his teams reps at running back. See a trend? Stewart is a safe play this week against Washington and I can see myself stacking Cam, Stewart and Olsen and Panthers D this week. Redskins will come back down to earth this week on the road and Stewart might get 30 carries.

Wide Receiver:

Demariyus Thomas @Chi. $7300

I feel alot of players will shy away from DT with Osweiler under center. That would be foolish on their part. After Osweiler took over for Manning DT shined with 5 receptions and 65 yards in about a quarter and a half. Chicago’s secondary isn’t that good still and DT should get back to his scoring ways!

Danny Amendola Vs. Buf. $4000

Always risky picking a Patriot not named Brady or Gronk but now with Edelman out Amendola should feast in the slot vs. Buffalo. Over his career Amendola has had nice games against the Bills and I expect that to continue. Even if he doesn’t score the PPR points should be enough to earn back value at $4000 this week.

Stevie Johnson VS. KC. $3900

Coming off the bye Johnson has had an extra week to get healthy and the Chargers have had an extra week to figure out how to feature him with Keenan Allen out for the season. Don’t expect long passing plays to Johnson but he should rack up yardage and catches vs. The Chiefs who have looked better but that was mostly against Peyton Manning and his noodle arm. 7 catches for 85 and a score is within reach.

Tight End:

Eric Ebron Vs. Oak. $3500

Ebron was a bit of a bust pick last week but there is nothing better to rebound against than Oakland’s pass defense! Stafford should feature Ebron early and often. Two scores wouldn’t surprise me!

Crockett Gillmore Vs. STL. $3300

Joe Flacco loves his Tight Ends in the end zone and all you need is a few catches and a TD to make Gillmore valuable for you this week.

Clive Walford @Det. $2500

Walford has scored in four of his last five games. Carr looks for him in the redzone and Detroit does not cover the TE well. Did you see the GB game last week? $2500 is a bargain basement play and will take some stones to pull the trigger but if Walford has a nice game advantage you!

Defense/Special Teams:

Panthers Vs. Was. $3400

Hey Kirk Cousins, nice job vs. The Saints last week. This week you get the Panthers. You like that!!!

Philadelphia Vs. TB $3100

Sacks and turnovers. Philly gets them every week it seems. Tampa hasn’t turned it over as much but their line should give up a fair share of sacks.

Jets @ Hou. $3000

T.J. Yates, no run game and a dinged up Nuk. Jets D is a GREAT play this week.

Good luck this week and I will see you next Thursday! If you ever have DFS or any fantasy questions hit us up @TFFGurus and myself @dafantasyfather
